New EBT transaction types, i.e., WITHDRAWAL for EBT cash withdrawals and PURCHASE_WITH_CASH_BACKFor purchases where EBT cash is returned, are added to the Get transactions transactions response.

Two new transaction types DECLINED and RETURN are now included in the Get transactions response for supported EBT accounts.

The new POST (SDK) Get temporary link endpoint accepts an externalId parameter (i.e., your organization's unique representation of a customer). On a successful link, this externalId will be returned to you via the ebt.link.client.success webhook along with the long living link token.

Get balance and Get transactions now return accountId in their responses. accountId is a deterministic reference to a linked EBT account based on the login credential's username and state.
