Gets an EBT SNAP (i.e., food stamp) balance along with an EBT cash balance. Not all benefit recipients have access to both balance types and thus they are nullable. Balances are in the lowest denomination for the currency code. For USD, this is cents. Information is periodically polled from EBT issuer website throughout the day with the last update time provided.
