Provides customer information in order to create a temporary link. The temporary link along with the EBT card number and PIN is exchanged for a long-living transfer token. Note that the EBT card number and PIN combination must be correct.
Note that the following also applies:
- Each customer (unique by SSN) can link only one card to their account at any given time.
- A specific card (unique by card account number) can only be linked once per organization.
- A customer is given a maximum of five attempts to correctly enter their PIN.
