Gets EBT SNAP along with EBT cash balance transaction history, sorted by the most recent transaction date first. The returned list can also include fund load events where SNAP or EBT cash funds are deposited, returned transactions, declined transactions, transactions with EBT cash back, and EBT cash withdrawals.
